Her tinged-painted nail glitters off in the sunlight.
The clanging sound of her high heels echoes around the room
She stopped, her pose in a perfect curve of symmetry
Her eyes, hesitants over the shelves
A lit of recognition flits in her soft topaz eyes
As she bent down to caress the spine of the book
with her piano-looking long fingers.
He showered words of praises on her through
Silence mouthing of his lip
Ring...Ring...Ring
“Hello?”
She sounded,
In that instant,
He silenced.
What he heard was
a male intonation
